AppIconsKit is a free, browser-based tool that generates app icons for multiple platforms including iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, watchOS, and tvOS. All image processing occurs locally in your browser.

3. Free Use

The core icon generation functionality is provided free of charge. No account registration is required. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, but the core functionality will remain free.

4. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to images you upload and icons you generate. AppIconsKit does not claim any ownership over your content. Since processing happens in your browser, your files are never stored on our servers.

Our content: The AppIconsKit name, logo, website design, and code are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to generate icons containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

6. Advertising

AppIconsKit offers paid advertising spots on the website. Advertisers agree to provide accurate information and comply with applicable advertising laws. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement at our discretion. Advertising payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy and are subject to their terms of service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AppIconsKit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated icons will meet specific platform requirements that may change over time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppIconsKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to app store rejections, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
